Last week, we celebrated National Apprenticeship Week, and we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible apprentices we have at Back to the Garden Childcare Altrincham!
Our apprentices are working tirelessly towards their NVQ qualifications, with two studying at Level 2 and three at Level 3. Their dedication, passion, and enthusiasm shine through every day as they support the children and grow in their roles.
A huge congratulations to Kinga, who passed her qualification with distinction!
Let’s hear from some of our fantastic apprentices about their journey so far:
Tylah – Passionate About Play & Learning
What do you enjoy about working with children?
“I love making them happy and excited to learn. Their personalities are all different, and each child makes me smile! I love to watch them learn new things and grow.”
How have you found Back to the Garden so far?
“I have loved it, really enjoyed it. I find it very rewarding and lots of fun to engage with the children in a range of different activities and experiences. The staff, children, and families have all been really welcoming.”
What are you excited to achieve here?
“To gain my qualification, make memories, and develop more skills that can support the children and nursery.”
Ellie-Mae – Following Her Passion in Early Years
What do you enjoy about working with children?
“I have always been passionate about working with children. Now I spend my time accomplishing that at Back to the Garden Childcare. I am beyond grateful that I can work doing what I’ve always wanted to do.”
How have you found Back to the Garden so far?
“So far, I have really enjoyed my time here. The staff are so welcoming and positive, and it’s great to be part of the children’s development.”
What are you excited to achieve here?
“I look forward to fulfilling my career here, building relationships with the little ones whilst helping them grow and learn into the individuals they are.”
