Early Opening Times

Babies from 4 months

We accept babies from 4 months with a weaning-trained chef on-site.

Peace of mind

We use the Famly app's messaging facility so parents can message their child’s key carers.

Freshly Prepared Meals

Healthy, home-made food with fresh juice in the morning, a juice shot in the afternoon and home made bread.

Forest School

Combining nature-based learning with the EYFS curriculum, where children of all ages thrive in an inspiring outdoor setting, including our enchanting tipi.

Community Outings

Engaging community outings, including visits to care homes, the local library, and nature walks along the Trans Pennine Trail, fostering connection and real-world learning.

All of the staff are wonderful

We moved our child over to Back To The Garden Childcare Lymm from another provider we were having issues with. It was the best decision we could have made. All of the staff are wonderful and are really invested in my child’s happiness and growth. She now absolutely loves going to nursery in the morning and it’s sometimes a struggle to get her to leave! The food that is prepared is healthy and diverse and my daughter loves it. The entire experience has been designed with a lot of thought and care and you feel this when you walk in the door.

The outdoor space is spectacular

My daughter started at Back To The Garden in April 2023. I have been so happy with how she has settled. The team in the baby room have been so accommodating and nurturing towards her and she has built such a wonderful bond with her key person. This is so comforting as a Mum. She always has a smile on her face when I collect her. The outdoor space is spectacular, I’ve never seen anything like it, so many opportunities for learning and risk-taking with their large climbing equipment and outdoor classroom in the teepee, it’s just fabulous!

The staff go above and beyond

I cannot put into words how pleased we are with our son’s progress at Back To The Garden Childcare Lymm. The toddler and preschool teams have nurtured him, considered his interests at every level and worked with us on his fussy eating and now currently – potty training. The wide range of activities he is involved with is amazing and we are encouraged to extend these activities at home. His speech has come on leaps and bounds along with his overall temperament and attitude. The staff go above and beyond here and are passionate and caring. We couldn’t imagine him going anywhere else.

We have been so impressed

We moved our son to Back To The Garden Childcare in Lymm at the start of 2023 when his previous setting closed down. The entire setting was only built in late 2022 so the first impression is that it is state of the art, from the security to the play area and toys. Everything is new which is great. In essence we have been so impressed and our son loves it. They have their own chef who does food preparation with the kids and the food choice is great. All the staff are so friendly and there seem to be so many activities every day from yoga to art. The location is away from main roads as well.

Just fantastic

Just fantastic. After taking the big decision to move our daughter from her previous nursery she has come on leaps and bounds at Back to the Garden Childcare! Wonderful to see her confidence growing and she really looks forward to her nursery days now. The staff are all so warm and friendly and really took the time to get to know our daughter, they even then incorporate her hobbies/interests into the day’s activities! Lots of outdoor time in the fantastic garden, nutritious, healthy meals cooked every day, we can’t recommend this nursery enough!
